1.How long would it take for that service?-----we have to send the draft photo for your confirm before we put it in our machine for embroidery work, it took some time for seller and buyer confirm the name or content for customzied job, once we confirm it, it takes about 5-7 days processing the embroidery job one by one order, once we finished we will send out as soon as possible there for we could not take very rush order hope you gave enough time to our art working team;

2. Could I use washing machine for clean?-----sorry our product are disposible for newborn baby which exsit from Hospital that they are a gift set for photo not a every day wearing clothes they only allowed by hand wash;

3.Could we ask for refund for any reason?-----sorry that our product are special customized work for writing a name only belongs to your little baby, we can not accept any refund or return once we made the item well. please considering this before you paying Thanks!

Need good communication?  yes during the processing we need you cooperated with us and keep communicated all the time because need showing you the draft and get your confirmation beofore the embroidery job started! 5. Do I have to pay extra for embroidery for my baby name?

Yes it need paying extra fee because embroidery job takes more time and work, but before we processing for the job we will make it free work to design the embroidery draft to show you make sure you will satisfied with our job.

WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTION:

As this is a delicate and sensitive item we do recommend washing by hand. Should the jewels become detached while washing, wait until the clothing dries, put it back in place, place a thick piece of fabric over the area and heat with a warm iron for 12-13 seconds. Repeat this if you need to until back in place. Make sure your iron is on the lowest setting. This set is not designed for daily wear.
